Electroless Nickel Plating

Electroless Nickel plating is an autocatalytic process that offers corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Electroless nickel is sometimes used to build up worn or undersized parts. Because the deposit is not dependant on current distribution, it is uniform in thickness, regardless of the shape or size. Increased hardness can be achieved by baking parts after plating.
